Because doing a technique for 5 minutes only to shift back to the old story for the remaining 23 hours of the day will only frustrate you.

Your subconscious already knows what you want. It already exists. But here’s the problem – it can only manifest through YOU, and you have blocks. Specifically, you don’t feel safe yet to handle what you’re trying to manifest.

So our job, the only job, is to understand what is blocking it and the hint is in the nervous system – it doesn’t feel safe yet to receive. It doesn’t feel safe with such a big change.

Reason #1: Your emotional conditioning

Let me break this down for you why you keep asking why can’t I manifest. Your nervous system carries weight connected to the idea of safely receiving what you want. It doesn’t know how to handle success, love, money, or whatever you’re manifesting if you’ve never experienced that before.

You’re training your nervous system to be that person, making it familiar and safe to be that version of yourself and have those things.

Remember, you’re the universe experiencing itself in this human form. It’s not that serious because you’re ALWAYS safe here. This perspective shift alone can unlock massive capacity to receive.

When doubt comes up – and it will – don’t ignore those thoughts and emotions. We want to acknowledge them and deactivate them, allowing a new story to take its place.

The doubt is a good sign – it means that the status quo has been meddled with and a new story is emerging. The old identities won’t give up without a fight. Speak to yourself with reassurance like this: ‘It’s okay to feel this, but it’s part of the old story. I choose differently. I am safe.’
