Today I’d like to show you through the experience together what it means to rest in awareness and know yourself as the source, the universe, god, whatever you want to call it.

What does it mean resting in awareness?
In this practice, we come back to our true nature, restore the peace and remove the mind identification. It’s a practice that helps you in your journey to self-realisation. It is the self-realisation.
I focus on this so much because to me, it’s our true nature – you’re not this human, you’re the awareness experiencing life through this human, in the physical world. The observer of all that is. The stillness in which the experiences arise.
We cannot understand it with words, books and watching videos – we can only understand it through experience.
And because I mention this concept so often in my videos, here’s the free guidance for you to actually know experientially what it means.
The benefits of this practice
Before we learn how to rest in awareness or how to know yourself as the God within, here are some reasons that may convince you to give it a try.
1. Know who you are
We spend our days worrying about the events and emotions we experience, not realising this is just an illusion and part of the experience. The 3D is made so convincing that we forget who we are and we think we’re this human, conditioned, traumatised, with hundreds of problems. This practice allows us to see the greater picture – you are the observer of the events, not the victim of them.
2. Understand your emotions
We often fight or repress our emotions but all they are is this: messengers, a neutral experience. They bring information about our own alignment and intuition to us. They’re not to be battled but felt and embraced without resistance
3. Practice non-resistance
When you learn how to rest in awareness, you schedule a time for yourself each day (or twice a day) for a moment of stillness that is your refuge. The moment you can embrace peace, lose the mind identification and remove the needs and undesired life circumstances – there’s nothing else but this moment. The natural state of non-resistance appears and removes the false sense of suffering – which is nothing else than resisting WHAT IS here and now.
4. Find real fulfilment
I think you would agree with me that money, relationships and things don’t bring lasting fulfilment. Everyone who manifested something they wanted to have, desired to have at some point, will know that it becomes normal after a while. This is why we do this practice – because nothing else will truly fulfil you other than this truth and your own love, peace, abundance and bliss. And it all starts with resting in awareness and losing the interest in your thoughts.
Now let’s stop procrastinating and get into the practice
