They make it sound *so* easy

You are not alone in this and I promise you – you’re doing everything right. You’ve just been mislead.

Most manifestation content will tell you to detach from the physical reality to not get triggered by it because it “ruins your manifestations” as if it’s as easy as turning off a switch in your brain.

But they don’t tell you what’s the reason the human mind defaults into searching for signs and confirmation in the first place.

But in this article you will find out how to actually ignore the 3D to speed up your manifestations and achieve that sweet feeling of fulfilment.

Creation is finished

You poured all your energy into thoughts flipping, to focus only on what’s favourable, you recited affirmations to impress your subconscious with the new reality.

But then there came a moment where you didn’t feel as good as at the beginning and the reality didn’t seem to shift – you reached out for more content to teach you how all this works, so you adjusted, expanded your knowledge.

But here’s the think: you cannot think your way into peace. Peace is not found in thinking – it’s found in being. Being who you are, your true nature and before I go there, I’ll explain to you why that is that your human self looks for signs and confirmations.

You looking for signs is a proof it’s done. Creation is finished and now you’re looking for signs. You heard that before also for sure: the creation is finished. What does this mean. It means that all exists now. It’s just that it’s also filtered through firstly your subconscious and secondly by your human senses.

Partial manifestations mean it’s in your awareness already – so great job on that. Can you now move on because you know it’s here? That’s the real practice, that’s how you can leave the 3D alone, ignore it completely. Not with the techniques, but by coming back to the true self – and more about it later in this video.

Why you’re looking for signs and confirmation

Here’s something that I misunderstood for a long time but helps you to ignore the 3D in manifesting: I didn’t understand what it means that what I want is already here. We live on three different planes of existence. In each of these planes, life takes on a bit different form – or no form at all.

When you identify too strongly with your human self, you rely entirely on your five senses. But these senses are narrow—we only perceive a narrow spectrum of light, sound, and other phenomena. Most of reality exists beyond what we can physically detect.

The real you isn’t this physical body. Your true self is formless and unlimited. The human self feels anxious about survival and uses constant thinking to stay alert. Once you realize you’re always safe—that your peace doesn’t depend on manifesting specific things—you stop desperately seeking confirmation.

When you affirm what you want, you tune into a different frequency where the version of you that already has it exists. You know on some level it’s here, but when you look for it in physical reality and don’t see it, confusion naturally follows.

Don’t search for signs in the 3D world—that’s the effect, not the cause. The real confirmation comes from within:

  • Do I feel an internal shift?
  • Am I more at peace?
  • Am I detached from what happens to me?
  • Am I observing my experience rather than being consumed by it?

These internal shifts are the only confirmation you need—not YouTube videos, angel numbers, or external signs. Those are manifestations themselves. You can either focus on manifesting external signs or manifesting inner peace through knowing who you really are.

The choice is yours.

Tip #1: Use your imagination for confirmation

One of the ways to soothe yourself when in doubt or looking for confirmation that what you want is on its way is to use your imagination.

Your imagination is your creative gift, the greatest human gift. And it’s always available to you.

If you wish to see a glimpse of your future – see it in your imagination, whenever you want.

But don’t treat it as a technique – something you do to get to the end goal.

What you experience in imagination IS the end goal. It’s happening now. If used regularly it will become vivid as the real experience – because it is the real experience. You saw it there first. Every object you’re using, ever experience you have starts first in imagination, just as an idea.

And always assume that all that you saw in your imagination was just happening – imagination is the only reality. The physical world is just its shadow, a delayed projection.

And it’s available to you at all times – in your imagination.

So instead of trying more techniques – try standing still, being present and let the imagination slow down enough for you to perceive it.

The only problem in this stage for most people, in this waiting period, is the emotional turmoil that their human self cannot endure without being broken by it, which leads to giving up.

Tip #2: Your true nature is your anchor

So, who are you?

You are the universe experiencing itself. How magical. Before there was the form, there was the formless. But it was too easy. So it split itself and the infinite became the finite.

That’s why you’re here and can observe yourself as a part of the whole – but the part is complete also. It only believes it’s separate to have this finite experience.

I love how Rupert Spira puts it that that the suffering is the price the infinite pays to have this finite form. Our true nature is awareness – and in human and dual terms it can be described as love, peace, limitless fulfilment. But really it’s neutral – it cannot be peace if it never knew anxiety. It cannot be love if it never knew lovelessness.

So, in your purest form you’re that – always safe, always loved, always neutral. The highs and lows we can experience in this life is exactly why we’re here. All is good because it is.

So if you want to ignore the 3D in manifesting to have the life you love, stay devoted to the unseen knowing that what’s for you will be revealed to you. You are always safe, even if your life turns out differently than the vision you’ve coiled for yourself – it will be better than that, it’s beyond your current belief about how good it can actually get.

You are not conscious, you’re the expression in consciousness as all sentient beings are.

And this self knowledge, self-realisation is the most important knowledge anyone could ever attain. And it’s the reason you want things and the reason you’ve found out about manifestation in the first place.

Tip #3: Your body holds the truth

Here’s why it’s not so easy to ignore the 3D in manifesting. Even though you’re not this human, the body is the answer. We spend this life entirely in this vehicle we call our body. It is affected by conditioning and what we feel is normal, safe, and what we’re worthy of.

You don’t have to trick yourself to overwrite the anxious thoughts or feelings with something positive. You have to address the underlying emotion that generates these thoughts. No amount of scripting, visualising or even meditating will achieve what regulating your nervous system can do.

Because when you open up your body to receive, you’re surrendering to what is and this energy attracts what you want into your experience. That’s all there is to it.

Most content creators and authors in this space will tell you to use techniques or change your mindset. But nobody addresses the real issue which is the body blocked and anxious because it still thinks you’re in the survival mode. Because the body can die – and it’s the root of all anxiety. But once you make peace with mortality of the body, while relaxing it and opening it and the nervous system to experience what is here now with presence – everything changes, your frequency, your assumptions and, yes, also your thoughts.

Tip #3: Rest in awareness – enjoy your being

Instead of endlessly searching for new techniques or consuming manifestation content on social media and YouTube, simply meditate and rest in awareness. Tune into your true nature—the formless consciousness that you really are. This self-realization keeps you grounded and free from attachment to thoughts, emotions, or experiences. When you know who you truly are, you’re no longer afraid to feel. Feeling is healing. Once you detach from your human identity, you naturally accept your emotions without fear. By feeling what’s present, you release trapped energy from past traumas and patterns, teaching your overworked nervous system a new definition of safety.

This practice removes your desires from their pedestal and makes manifesting fun rather than desperate because your happiness no longer depends on getting what you want. Fulfillment is your natural state as awareness—it never knew attachment, stress, or lack of peace. Eventually you realize that everything you thought you needed was simply leading you back to this self-reconnection.

This is how you truly leave the 3D alone—not by avoiding it, but by no longer needing it to feel complete. But this won’t happen if you keep searching for the next technique to avoid uncomfortable feelings. The way forward is to accept what you’re feeling right now. It’s okay that it’s here. It’s safe. There’s nothing to fix because you’re not broken.
