You’re in this world, but not of this world

This knowledge will be your missing piece to understand how manifestation works and how to trust the process, enjoying it and feeling good NOW.

And here’s the secret: when you understand the three planes of existence, manifestation gets easier. You realize you are more than the physical body and mind – you are the spirit too. The more aware you are of your true self, the I AM, the less you cling, the less you doubt, and the more naturally your desires flow into reality. Wholeness within creates wholeness without – and the number 3 holds a powerful secret to it.

Let’s have a bit fun with knowledge and get right into these three planes of existence and what it means for you and your manifestation process. Grab a beverage and let’s get started.

The powerful number 3

Across cultures, wherever you look, the number three is everywhere – it’s the key to balance, unity, and the mystery of existence itself. From the Celtic Triple Goddess to the Hindu Trimurti, from Christianity’s Trinity and Hermetic philosophy’s three parts of wisdom to Norse mythology’s three Norns or even three roots of Yggdrasil tree of life – every major tradition recognized 3 planes of existence.

This isn’t coincidence. It’s pointing to something fundamental about how existence actually works. And the number 3 has always meant wholeness, completeness, and divine perfection.

So let’s get into the first realm or plane of existence.

But before we go there, let me invite you to take my free masterclass on detachment and surrender. It’s a comprehensive and hands-on mini course on how to let go without giving up – which is the missing piece of many of us manifesting the life we love. It’s completely free and made with love – it’s something I’m super proud of and I think it will really help you get to that state of trust and peace. The Physical realm

The first of the 3 planes of existence is the physical realm of reality – the most dense, tangible, and immediately visible one. But first, let me emphasize: none of these planes is better or worse than the others. Each is real and magnificent in its own way, with its own unique limitations. This is why the three planes exist, to complete each other to create the whole.

The physical realm is where we experience life through our senses and bodies. It’s actually a projection of our deeper consciousness – solid and convincing by design so we can fully immerse ourselves in this human experience. And here’s something crucial to understand: you cannot change the physical realm by working within the physical realm alone. It’s the result, not the cause.

The realm of bodies

This is is the realm of bodies, possessions, physical sensations, and human emotions. It’s where we taste the sweetness of a peach, touch a tree, watch the birds flying, hear music, smell ocean air. Without this realm, none of these miraculous experiences would be possible.

Most of our lives, we think this is all there is – and that’s completely natural. I was there too, believing only in what I could see and measure scientifically. There’s nothing wrong with staying at this realm of awareness throughout life. The experience is exactly as it’s meant to be, conscious of the other realms or not. So it’s not a reason to feel superior – that would be the spiritual Ego speaking.

Growth at the physical realm happens through increasing body awareness. Maybe it started when we realized we’re mortal and fragile, so we start caring for our bodies better – nutrition, exercise, sleep. We begin feeling emotions and tensions physically. We notice how our mental state affects our physical wellbeing. These are all huge milestones and shouldn’t be downplayed in manifestation also. I have a video about signs your awareness is increasing.

How it started for me

For me it all started with yoga, that connection with my body. Thanks to savasana moment of stillness at the end, feeling the effects of the exercise on my body, consistently, I started to reconnect with my body. I heard its signals more often and reacted to its needs sooner, creating more trust and connection. I started to treat it more like a temple: eating healthfully and sleeping better.

Around that time I also noticed how I rarely get ill and even when I started to feel a bit ill, I was able to spot it before it turned into an actual illness with a power of my mind aka placebo. I would have daily ginger lemon and turmeric tea, firmly believing it will help and it did. I still can do that or manifest a headache away, it’s just fun but it doesn’t mean that if it’s not your experience something is wrong with you.

What accelerated this process was my experience with the back problems I experienced for many years – I couldn’t walk without shooting pain for months and this experience was what pushed me further into gaining awareness in the other levels of existence also – it was a crucial component on my path. So if you’re experiencing physical pain now – I feel you and keep going, this too shall pass.

What is this body?

Notice how we naturally say “my body” rather than “I am this body.” Even our language hints that we sense something beyond the physical – something that owns or inhabits this form rather than being identical to it.

This hint in our language points to something important: if we’re not identical to our bodies, then what is the ‘I’ that possesses them? This is where we discover the mental realm of reality – the realm of thoughts, beliefs, memories and stories we tell ourselves about who we are.

Comment below what was your first wake-up moment – was it a toxic relationship, burnout, or health scare that made you realize you were stuck in patterns? I’m curious which physical experience cracked you open first.

The Mental realm

The mental realm is where we discover the narrator in our heads – constantly creating stories about who we are, what happened to us, and what it all means.

Then at some point in our lives something big happens. We might get into a toxic relationship, have a health concern or a burnout and we finally realise we’ve been repeating the same patterns over and over and this is how we start to explore the mental plane and we notice that the things don’t seem to work for us.

We identify with our thoughts still, treating them as the inner chatter of “I”. Sometimes we may feel emotionally uncomfortable and may not yet know why. But over time, we see patterns. We start recognizing our triggers, dependencies and vulnerabilities, we set boundaries. You don’t know yet how to deal with it, how to fix it – we see it as something we have to work on.

We learn our difficulties often trace back to childhood. Maybe we also start diagnosing ourselves, categorizing our patterns and “disorders”, and seeing the same dynamics playing out in others around us.

Do you notice the patterns?

As we expand our own mental awareness, we start to notice patterns in others also – something that is subconscious for others, for us seems like a no brainer. Expanding our own understanding helps us understand others more. We increase our communication levels. We discover manifestation and the law of attraction, thinking maybe if psychology didn’t work, we should try some magic.

With desperation – and believe me, everyone is desperate – we search for new methods to improve ourselves. We acquire knowledge about many things. We try different waves of psychology, psychedelics, acupuncture, wear jewellery with crystals, try cross fit, write affirmations, try subliminal tapes, balance our chakras, go on yoga retreat in India, meditate naked, eat only vegetables, do breathwork, try tantra, eat with our hands, get your aura cleaned…

Here’s what we don’t yet realize: we’re still trying to THINK our way to peace, using the mind to fix the mind. But the mental realm, like the physical, has its limits – it can only take us so far.

Something’s still missing

In spite of doing all this work, something is still missing. We’re desperately searching for a solution to a problem we don’t yet understand.

Now, there are ways to shift your state quickly when you’re stuck in mental loops – I have a whole video on what I call the Patronus Charm method for raising your vibration fast – but even these techniques work best when you understand what realm you’re actually operating from.

The searching never ends because we’re looking for something the mind cannot provide. True fulfilment exists beyond thoughts and stories entirely – in the spiritual realm of reality.

The Spiritual realm

All that endless seeking in the mental plane was looking for this – but ‘you’ were never lost. What you were seeking was what you already are. Among the 3 planes of existence, the real you lives in this one.

Because a part of you knew this all along. Every time you sought to feel better, it was the infinite intelligence within you, remembering who you truly are. This is why all the fixes were never enough. They were not the truth your soul has sought.

Because only there, on the spiritual realm there is understanding, the truth, fulfilment, surrender and peace finally. No more chasing. You’re home now.

It’s a plane where all exists at the same time and all is already yours – it’s the most powerful of the planes but it has limitations also – for example, it’s not the 3D where the human self can touch it and experience it.

Your true nature

When we realise we are the Universe or the divine consciousness experiencing itself and that the soul is not in the body but body is in the soul, all changes. You no longer see yourself as the thinker, so you detach from your thought andyYou are no longer this body, this human that needs fixing. You were never broken. Deep self-love and acceptance washes over you.

You are not the voice in your head commenting on experience – you are the silent awareness in which that voice appears. You are not the emotions that come and go – you are the unchanging presence that witnesses them.

This is why manifestation felt so effortful before – you thought ‘you’ (the ego) had to make things happen. But it’s this deeper ‘I AM’ – pure consciousness itself – that effortlessly expresses as your experience. You simply align with your true Self and surrender, trusting what’s for you is coming.

You are happiness, love, peace in its core – everything else that is your human self obscures it. We confused ourselves to be the Ego, attached to every emotion and thought, assigning it a meaning and blowing it out of proportion. While it’s actually all neutral experience.

What we call problems, successes, good days, bad days – these are just appearances arising in consciousness. The awareness itself remains untouched, peaceful, complete.

And here’s the beautiful paradox – once you stop trying to fix or improve yourself, reminding yourself that all is well, your human experience naturally begins to align with your true nature.

How it all works together

Here’s the secret with the 3 planes of existence: manifestation flows from spiritual to mental to physical – never the other way around. Most people try to manifest from the mental realm, using their minds to force reality. Or they try changing the physical by working harder in the physical. But that’s working backwards. You can’t change the projection by messing with the screen.

Real manifestation starts from that “I AM” consciousness – it’s effortless because it’s not personal. It’s the Universe expressing as you.

The bridge of incidence is formed the moment you accept your desire and make a decision. The movement happens at all times after that step of acceptance, even when we see it as no movement. Know that every emotion, every contact or no contact, every step you take leads you to your dream reality – the good, the bad, and all in between has the same outcome.

Conclusion

We explored the 3 planes of existence – such an important concept in manifestation. Trusting the process means focusing on here and now, enjoying the “in between.” You can only control how much you do as a human – the rest is out of your hands and in the hands of the subconscious that has the infinite intelligence to support you in the background. Your input should come from enjoyment, not fear.

And I know you’re this close to this understanding. Accept the limitations of the experience in each of these three planes.

You don’t need to figure out how and you don’t need to force alignment. You simply rest as awareness, and let your experience lead you towards the natural flow through all three realms of reality.

And if you watched until this moment, I thank you. Comment ‘I AM READY’ to stop trying to fix yourself and start remembering who you are. I will be very happy to see a comment like this. Let’s create some collective energy around this shift.
