There’s power in repetitions of positive affirmations meditation scripts. In these guided meditations we will focus on positive self-talk to increase our love of ourselves and confidence. We’ve been told throughout our loves that we are not enough and this kind of meditation is here to help you erase that and realise how wonderful you are!

With these scripts we can achieve more in this life. We receive so much negative feedback in childhood and it’s our job to overwrite it with positive one.

What you get from this

Meditation can be your first serious step towards self-awareness, which leads to emotional control and emotional regulation. Imagine how you could feel if you had control over your thoughts, that in effect, create your emotions. I want for you to feel empowered that you can control your emotions, something that sometimes feels like the element that is going wild and rampant.

You can control it, at least most of the time 🙂 I promise, we will get there together!

Each of these videos are 10-15 minutes long. My intention is for you to find peace, self-confidence and self-love, as I did when I started meditating with positive affirmations meditation scripts.

You can start with as little as 5 minutes a day, in the morning or any time of the day that works best for you.

The pain you are going through is temporary. Emotions are like clothes: today you wear this, but tomorrow you will wear something else entirely. You are strong and you got this and this, too, shall pass.

Repeat a couple of days a week until you start feeling the changes and start assuming the good things. Listen regularly as a reminder.

Using “Why are you…” instead of “I am…” might be more effective for certain individuals because it can reduce resistance. Asking questions can help our subconscious mind perceive things as already accomplished. Abraham also suggests that using “why” rather than “how” can minimize resistance.

We love the whole package, even the one part that worries.
