The problem with manifestation techniques to work

Your nervous system is the container for your manifestation. If the container is too small (stressed/in survival mode), the abundance simply spills out or stays away because it feels ‘dangerous’ to your body. And nothing physical can be experienced if your physical instrument, which is this body, blocks it.

The common problem people face in manifestation is thinking that a simple manifestation technique will bring them all they ever wanted—heaps of money, love from a person who rejected them, a promotion at work, a free car. You name it, you’ve probably seen it all.

There is always someone who will claim that they manifested a new studio in New York for free.

The main thing I noticed—that people usually don’t talk about—is that every technique works and every technique fails.

It’s because the technique isn’t a manifestation method. It’s a method to feel a certain way, whenever you want.

You—the Source, Divine Consciousness having this physical experience—manifest. Not the human “self” you, but the God who is you.

And people who manifest fast don’t necessarily even understand their true nature, but they act from that position. They surrender and they trust, choosing peace over the sense of lack. They can only do that because they found a way to be chill about it—I will explain how to get there, so keep watching the video.

You manifest when you ask and align vibrationally with the desire—the thing you want to see in this world.

And the difference between you and the people who manifested is your nervous system.

What you want is not impossible—it’s only new or unfamiliar. And your nervous system won’t allow for it until it’s familiar.

The manifestation formula is this:

  • Desire is involuntary most of the time; you often don’t have a choice in what you want. You know what you want in great detail—so this work is done on your part.
  • Alignment—who you are and what you are. It’s not only about vibrational frequency alignment, as you will hear in the manifestation community. It is the authenticity of who you were meant to be and the life you were meant to live—it’s what you’re striving for right now. Aligning with the true Self who is “I AM,” the awareness of being; and when you align with that, you’re already the highest vibration you can be. You don’t need a new self-concept of someone better who is still the false self.
  • Regulation is the nervous system expanded to be able to see what you’re calling in as safe and familiar. Your nervous system is like a container—it can only hold as much as you expand it. And if your desires fall outside of what feels normal, familiar, and safe, they are kept at bay, and that’s why you’re still waiting.

You already know that you should focus on thoughts that align with your desire—this is only a tiny slice of what offers the strongest vibrations of your being.

Don’t stop the positive thoughts and prioritising feeling good first, but add a “secret sauce” nobody talks about in this space.

When they tell you to relax your body, it’s not just because otherwise the technique won’t work or the changes won’t stick.

It is to teach your nervous system that what you’re offering—the “new” that seems dangerous—is actually super good for us. Because it makes us feel so good. And something that feels so good and relaxes us even more, cannot be bad for us, even when the nervous system is concerned.

So you see, It’s not that you’re bad at manifesting; it’s that your biology is doing its job too well (protecting you). This is why your 5×55 scripting feels like a chore instead of a joy.

Why you need to release the emotions

Quick exercise: think about something you deeply want — maybe your dream house. If it were offered to you tomorrow, how would you really feel?

Maybe excited. But if excitement were the only emotion, you probably wouldn’t be here watching manifestation content. Receiving it would already feel natural.

So be honest with yourself.

Would you feel stressed? Overwhelmed? Scared? Would your mind start overthinking everything — the timing, work, moving, not being prepared?

This isn’t to make you panic, but to help you meet yourself with honesty. Not to fix yourself, but to understand yourself.

Because even if your mind wants it, your body may still be afraid of it. That’s why we need to normalise success and receiving.

Neville Goddard tells you to relax before visualising. Abraham Hicks tells you to focus on feeling good. But here’s what I discovered: thoughts are only a small part of your vibration.

Your body holds emotions that have lived there for years, and those emotions often overpower positive thinking.

That’s why I focus so much on nervous system and somatic work. Every time you allow yourself to feel an emotion without panicking, you teach your body that it is safe.

And when your body feels safe, receiving becomes easier.

Then, not only do you know what you want, you accept it with excitement, you are already aligned as the true self, fully surrendered and trusting, and now you’re also regulated—which doesn’t mean you feel no negative emotions, but that what you feel isn’t scary anymore. You feel supported. Who would have thought that the secret to something spiritual, magical, even woo-woo for some as manifestation is actually this body and this nervous system—that has been here all along.

Your non-reactive approach deactivates it and allows the abundance to flow and your dream reality to arrive when the conditions are right.
