What is EFT Tapping
You’ve probably heard about this emotional release method—it’s often recommended in the manifestation community for anxiety, doubt, and fear.
It’s a very important practice because all you need is yourself and a mirror. And yes, it’s important to do this in front of a mirror where you can look into your own eyes and really feel into the tapping points. That eye contact with yourself creates a deeper connection and allows the release to happen.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It’s a method that works with your body’s energy meridian points—similar to acupuncture and acupressure, but without needles.
The idea is simple: we choose a calming affirmation, and then we tap on nine specific points on the body while repeating that affirmation.
When to Use EFT in manifesting
You can use EFT tapping in manifesting anytime you feel:
- Anxious or overwhelmed
- Overstimulated or on edge
- Depressed or shut down
- Triggered by a phobia or facing a panic attack
- Stuck in a loop of fear or doubt
It’s a quick reset tool you can use anywhere, anytime.

The Affirmation
The affirmation we use follows this format:
“Even though I feel this [emotion], I deeply and completely accept myself.“
Or a simpler version:
“Even though I feel this [emotion], I am safe and I accept myself.“
For example:
- “Even though I feel this anxiety, I am safe and I accept myself.”
- “Even though I feel this fear, I deeply and completely accept myself.”
- “Even though I feel this doubt, I am safe and I accept myself.”
Choose whatever feels true for you in the moment. The key is to acknowledge the emotion while also affirming your safety and self-acceptance.
The 9 Tapping Points
Here are the nine points we’ll be tapping on:
- Top of Head (crown)
- Eyebrow (inner edge, where the eyebrow begins)
- Side of Eye (outer corner, on the bone)
- Under Eye (on the bone directly under your pupil)
- Under Nose (the space between your nose and upper lip)
- Chin (the crease between your lower lip and chin)
- Collarbone (just below the collarbone, about an inch from center)
- Under Arm (about 4 inches below your armpit, at bra-line level)
- Karate Chop Point (the fleshy outer edge of your hand, below your pinky)
We’ll tap 5-7 times on each point while saying our affirmation phrase.
Use your fingertips—usually two or three fingers work best. Tap gently but firmly, with a steady rhythm.
