Let me guess – you’ve tried all the methods. You’ve scripted, you’ve visualized, you’ve affirmed until your brain hurts.

Because here’s what nobody tells you about manifestation: the obsessing, the checking, and the desperate energy surrounding our desires are completely normal when you’re carrying unprocessed emotions in your body. When you’re still living as this separate self, deeply in survival mode.
You’re not broken. You’re not doing it wrong. Your nervous system is just stuck in survival mode, and no amount of techniques can override that. But here’s the good news – there IS a fix, and it’s in this text IF you don’t just watch it or read it but actually embody what we’re talking about here.

Understanding the origin of obsession
First, understand this truth: All the desires that keep coming back to you, they’re FOR you. You should pursue them by accepting them, and you’re definitely not wrong to want them.
You know how I know this to be true? Because even when you try to forget them, even when you move on and do something completely different, travel the world, focus on work, rewatch all thousands of seasons of Coronation Street, they bounce back to you anyway.
It’s almost like you have no choice in the matter. That’s not random.

The main culprit when obsessing over manifestation
Think of yourself as a prism – experience flows through you. But if that prism is blocked? The flow of life gets blocked too.
And this is the piece the manifestation community doesn’t talk about enough: nervous system expansion. Total self-acceptance and making the space in your life for what’s coming. Because we keep asking for more but we’re not releasing the old story and old conditioning, so there’s never enough space to actually receive.
And it all comes down to coming back to your true nature, the “I AM” beneath all the wanting. Because you can’t receive what you’ve never experienced before if your body doesn’t feel safe enough to hold it, or in other words: doesn’t have the capacity to receive it. And your nervous system, even though dwelling in this body, carries messages from the subconscious. And it never misses.
The answer is in the body
So what do we do instead? How do we stop obsessing over manifestations? We stop running. We stop consuming one more piece of content hoping it’ll be THE answer. And we finally approach what we’ve been avoiding – which is feeling what’s actually here in this moment. I know that sounds simple, maybe even too simple. But feeling what’s here is the gateway to the peace from which your highest timeline unfolds naturally, because that feeling and not being scared of it is surrender to what is.

Practical solution to set yourself free
Here’s what this looks like practically:
1. Start by resting in awareness
Just notice what you’re feeling without trying to fix it or manifest it away. Enjoy your being. Treat it as a moment of ret from this person, their problems, feelings, sensations and attachments. Focus on what’s present in your body right now. Not what you want to feel, but what IS. Follow your breath and when an uncomfortable thought appears – notice where in the body you can feel its effects: your jaw, throat, chest, belly etc.

2. Release those stuck emotions
This isn’t about venting or rehashing your story. It’s about letting your body complete the emotional cycles it’s been holding onto. This is nervous system work, and it’s why affirmations alone haven’t worked for you. Simply focus your awareness on the emotion and the body part where you can feel it, breathe into it, tap on it if you want to, and continue until you feel the relief.
3. You’re not responsible for anything
Here’s the relief I want you to feel: You’re not responsible for the unfolding of it all. I know you’ve been carrying that weight, thinking it’s all on you to make it happen, that you manifest all, even the bad stuff. But it’s not up to you, the human. It’s up to Source working through you. You are the awareness in which the experience arises. That’s it. That’s all. All is a part of your perfect process and the ideal unfolding. Choose to see it this way.
This alone is how to stop obsessing over manifestations – releasing this burden.
4. Release the guilt and regret
If you’re feeling bad about the time and money you’ve spent on manifestation – stop. It wasn’t wasted. Even a “failed” chapter had its purpose. Sometimes we need to get tired enough, exhausted enough, frustrated enough to finally stop running and feel what’s been there all along. That journey brought you here, to this moment, where you’re ready to do things differently.
