When you say that wide awake, what resistance comes up? That icky feeling of not believing the words? That’s because the watchdog of your subconscious mind – the conscious mind – is standing guard, refusing to let what it considers “BS” enter the depths of your subconscious. This is why you feel resistance towards your affirmation or making that decision! And instead of feeling the relief or peace, you just unconsciously create more anxiety.

Here’s why the first moments after waking are pure gold for your well-being: Your brain is still in theta waves – that drowsy, dreamy state between sleep and full consciousness. This is when your conscious mind, that critical gatekeeper, is still half-asleep.
Think of it like this: During the day, your conscious mind is like a bouncer at an exclusive club, rejecting any thought that doesn’t match your current self-concept. Anything that’s different between what you say and what’s the status quo is the gap that creates that resistance. But in those first morning moments the bouncer is still waking up. This is your window to slip powerful positive affirmations directly into your subconscious mind.
It’s how you ground yourself in your true nature of I AM. Setting the tone for your day in these moments isn’t just feel-good advice – it’s the foundation that determines whether you’ll spend your day in divine consciousness, grounded in your I AM, or in anxiety and resistance. It’s the difference between peace and anxiety, or manifesting the dream life and repelling the desires.
Here’s what’s happening beneath the surface: We’re healing limiting beliefs while learning to walk alongside our shadows as friends. Why? So we can better handle the joy that’s coming. This isn’t your fault. It’s subconscious programming. And we need to uproot it at its source.
The Truth About Your 3D Reality
Here’s a truth bomb that not many people truly understand: You manifest what you’re aware of. The 3D is reflecting this back to us so it should really just be seen as feedback, not an enemy. But most of the time, we think we’re living in the awareness of our dream reality, yet our 3D world doesn’t reflect it. Why?
Everything is already here. You are both: a struggling artist and a successful artist, both married and single, both free and bound to the fluctuations of the society and the economy. But one is more natural to you than the other and that’s what you’re aware of thus this is what you experience.
Because your 3D always reflects 100% of what’s in your subconscious mind – not just the new assumptions you’re trying to impress, but also the old stories still running in the background.
And this is the trickiest thing to change in manifesting. THAT’s the real challenge. Not finding the right technique, but changing the assumptions from the subconscious. It’s challenging because it’s mostly invisible to us, especially when we can’t recognise the signs they came up to the surface. The Science Behind Morning Affirmations
Before we get to the morning affirmations for manifestation, let’s talk brain waves for just a moment, for your full understanding. Throughout your day, your brain operates in different frequencies:
- Beta waves: Full waking consciousness, analytical thinking. The waves move fast.
- Alpha waves: Relaxed awareness, light meditation
- Theta waves: Deep meditation, REM sleep, and that drowsy morning state.

Theta is where the magic happens. Your subconscious mind is most receptive here. This is why mental diet work is so powerful in the morning – you’re literally reprogramming your subconscious mind when it’s most open to change and you set the tone of positive expectation for the day.
And because these waves move fast or slow, trying to overwrite our beliefs in beta state, when the waves move fast, it’s like trying to jump on a fast train – it’s much more difficult to do that. The slower the waves, the easier it is to work with due to lower resistance.
How to Do This Practice
Here’s the key: Say these morning affirmations for manifestation feelingly. Don’t just recite words – feel what they convey. Bring in the warmth of love, the relief, the knowing.
What these affirmations do is profound – they turn your negative self-talk into positive, they shift you from a problem-oriented approach to a solution-oriented one. Most importantly, they help you naturally embody the state of gratitude and peace – the two core feelings present in every dream reality. Think about it: No matter what it is that you want – money, love, success – you’re really after the feelings of peace, freedom, security, love, and happiness. Here’s the secret: We have to give these feelings to ourselves first. We must have them internally before we can have them in our 3D world. They need to feel natural to us, accompanied by the feeling of love, flooding your entire being.
If you struggle to feel love feeling when saying these words (and many of us do), here’s a trick: Think of someone or something you love deeply – a pet, a person, a place. Feel that love. Then gently redirect that same feeling toward yourself. Just feel it. Let it be there.
And with this feeling, say these things before leaving your bed, right after you wake up:

We need to affirm from that faceless formless state for that to sink in. The clean slate. Remove the human/the Ego from the equation to remove the resistance.

- “I am so grateful for the warmth of my bed, roof over my head, safety and comfort I’m feeling.”
Start with gratitude for what’s already here. This opens your heart and raises your vibration immediately. Blessing the good we have is like giving the Source know more can come into our lives and be received with grace.

- “I am so grateful to know who I am.”
This acknowledges your journey of self-discovery and your growing awareness of being. No matter what you face today, you know who you are – the I AM – and you can observe what’s happening from a place of neutrality. This will ground you in anything that you experience, even the negative things and will help you respond instead of reacting. This is about emotional mastery – not suppressing feelings but allowing them to flow through you. Like neutral experiences they are. Accepting all you feel is crucial – and knowing that no matter what you feel, nothing can mess up your manifestations and this state of heaven your life is.

There is only today, I leave the past behind me. Life consists of moments and we can choose better in each moment. This releases yesterday’s stories and centers you in the present moment. We start fresh every day and we can focus on what’s in front of us. Facing the sun and letting the shadows fall behind us.

- “I am perfect as I am. I am enough as I am.”
This challenges those deep-seated beliefs of unworthiness that block manifestation. This is what the Ego doesn’t want us to believe, sending us on fool’s errands all the time to occupy us with action that leads us nowhere. This one invites you to just be, surrender, because you’re already complete.

- “Let me see this day through the lens of love.”
This sets your intention to operate from higher consciousness throughout the day. You are love, you’re its source. And you can always choose how you look at things: from the position of love or from the position of fear. Looking at words and actions of others as feedback of your internal state and not blaming them, “forgive them father, for they do not know what they are doing”. And when you feel triggered during the day, bring in that feeling of love again, let it completely overflow you. Every person, every feeling, every word or action, just exists for a moment, and can be seen without condemnation, if you look at the world through the lens of love. No matter the undesireable circumstances you might be experiencing, it’s all leading you to your perfect ending: your dream life.
Conclusion
Here’s my challenge to you regarding these morning affirmations for manifestation: Try this for one week. Every morning, in those first drowsy moments, say these affirmations feelingly. Don’t force it – just allow the words to sink in.
